Competitor Analysis, rebuilt: see exactly where you win
Name the rivals you're actually up against, then compare against them side by side. Every row shows where you lead and where you're exposed. The rest of the stage got a fresh look too.
Knowing who you're really competing with is the difference between a plan and a guess. So we rebuilt Competitor Analysis from the ground up. Here's what's new.
You choose who you're measured against — it used to guess your rivals from your listing; now you name them. Type in the ones you know, add the ones we suggest from your market, and nothing runs until you say go.
A real side-by-side comparison — a grid with your product pinned first, every rival beside it, the same dimensions down the side. Each cell says in plain words where you win, lose, or tie. "You beat this price." "You have no app yet."
Add and rearrange anytime — add a competitor midway and only their column runs; reorder to compare any two side by side; hide the rest without losing the work.
You decide when it runs — analysis happens on a button press, not on page load. Queue changes and run them together, or switch on auto-analyze.
Where you can own the market, made obvious — two summaries pull from the grid: where no rival beats you, and where most do. Your edge and your exposure, spelled out.
Also new: a fresher, consistent look across Porter's / SWOT / Blue Ocean; and Foundation NDAs & advisor agreements now actually sent by email.
