What shipped this week

Three new Founders Hub tools, a skill tree overview, pricing alignment, stack founder deals, and a cleaner members interface — here's everything that shipped this week.

Three new Founders Hub tools

The Hub now includes three additional activities that build on each other as you work through validation and launch:

  • CP & Persona Builder — Define your ideal customer profile with structured fields for demographics, pain points, and buying triggers. The output feeds directly into your GTM Playbook generation, so context isn't lost between steps.

  • Analytics & Telemetry Checklist — Map the events your product actually tracks against the ones you need to measure growth, retention, and activation. Checked events are marked live; unchecked ones stay on your to-do list. The checklist feeds your PMF Diagnosis when you run it.

  • Revenue Forecaster — Model three scenarios (conservative, base, optimistic) across a 12–36-month horizon using your starting customer count, monthly growth rate, churn, and ARPU. The chart updates as you type.

All three tools follow the same autosave pattern as the rest of the Hub — your work persists across navigation automatically.

Founders Hub overview at /hub

There's now a dedicated overview page at /hub that shows your full progress across all 45 Hub activities in a skill tree layout. Each section (Validation, Foundation, Financial, Launch) displays as a vertical lane with card-level status — completed, stale, available, or locked. Click any card to jump directly to that activity.

The overview also surfaces your Gut Check survey results — response count, last sync, and a sample of recent respondent answers — so you can see your customer signal at a glance without re-entering the validation flow.

Cards that depend on stale upstream work are flagged in the stale alerts strip at the top, with links to the specific activities that need updating.

Pricing page alignment

The plan descriptions, feature lists, and prices on the marketing site are now the single source of truth — the in-app /pricing page renders from the same data. Both surfaces show the same three plans (Starter $19, Pro $49, Scale $99) with an annual toggle that applies a 20% discount. The free plan is displayed as a full-width banner above the paid-tier grid.

Stacks: founder deals built in

The stack builder now surfaces the founder discounts negotiated on your behalf:

  • Default bays are pre-labeled Hosting, Analytics, and Email, so you have a starting shape to fill in

  • The search dropdown has a Deals toggle that narrows results to services with active founder discounts. Deal chips appear inline next to each result.

  • When you add a discounted service to a bay, the undiscounted price is struck through, and the founder price is shown instead, with a teal deal chip.

  • The Stack Total rail shows gross cost, discounted cost, and a gold "You save $X/mo with founder deals" line when there's a real saving.

Your draft stack autosaves to the database so it's there when you come back, not just in localStorage.

More to come — Revenue Forecast and Funding Need in the Financial tab, and the public /hub overview for prospective founders are next in the queue.
