We collect information you provide directly to us when you register for an account, create a listing, build a stack, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, and any content you submit.

When you are signed in, we record how you use the product: which tools you run, the pages you visit within the app, and your progress through the Founders Hub. We record the name of the action and the page — never the content of what you write, generate, or upload.

We use this to see which tools are worth keeping, where people get stuck, and what our costs are. It is visible only to our own team, and raw records are deleted after 90 days.

This is first-party: it stays in our database and is not sent to an advertising or analytics vendor. Separately, we use privacy-friendly aggregate web analytics that does not identify individual visitors, and which you can decline from the cookie banner.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve ViableBrand, communicate with you about your account, send product updates you've opted into, and respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as hosting, analytics, and email delivery), subject to confidentiality agreements.

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how our site is used. You can control cookie preferences through the banner shown on your first visit.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
