By accessing or using ViableBrand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, stacks, hub data). By submitting content, you grant ViableBrand a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

You agree not to use ViableBrand to submit false or misleading information, scrape or copy data without permission, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

ViableBrand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViableBrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
